What Happens Next?
Private Referrals
After submitting your form, you’ll receive a secure booking link by email to arrange a phone call at a time that suits you.
We’ll discuss your child’s needs, answer questions and explain therapy options and availability.
NDIS Referrals
Our administration team will phone you within 2–3 business days to gather any additional information and arrange an NDIS Intake Meeting with a Senior Clinician.
This meeting can take place online or face-to-face to discuss your child’s needs and plan the next steps for therapy.
Diagnostic Assessment Referrals
Our team will phone you to review your referral and gather any additional information.
We’ll explain the assessment process, including timeframes, costs and what to expect at each stage.
