Private Health Insurance | Medicare | NDIS
Connect Paediatric Therapy Services provides a range of private therapy services, eligible for Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan rebates and Private Health insurance rebates. We are able to claim on the spot for Medicare (you just need to bring your card with you) and Private Health rebates. We unfortunately are not in the position to offer bulk billing services.

Private Health Insurance
All our clinicians have provider details and are eligible for private health insurance rebates depending on your level of cover. Eligibility and amount claimable is dependent on the type of cover and extras. Please contact your insurance company for details about your level of cover.

Medicare
Children registered under a Chronic Disease Management Plan (Enhanced Primary Care Plan) are eligible for a maximum of 5 rebates per calendar year for relevant allied health services.
Referral process: to access these services, families will need to receive a referral from their GP.

NDIS
National Disability Insurance Scheme
We are also a registered NDIS provider and we are accepting of every family’s needs; we will do our utmost to provide therapy for your child in the most affordable way possible.
