Circle of Security Parenting
Circle of Security Parenting© in the Pilbara
Circle of Security© (COS-P) is a relationship–based parenting program that is based on over five decades of research. Circle of Security© encourages parents to better understand and meet their child’s emotional needs. Children who experience healthy and enriching caregiving are more likely to be empathetic, to regulate their emotions, and develop positive relationship skills to improve self-esteem and school readiness.
Using the COSP™ model developed by the Circle of Security originators, our highly experienced Facilitators work with parents and care-givers to help them to:
- Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
- Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of their child’s self esteem
- Honour the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure
Presented by our experienced team of facilitators, we have been delivering this program to the Pilbara for over 10 years.
